A mindful approach means to be consciously and creatively aware of what affect our actions are having on the environment, other people and ourselves. Having this kind of approach to practice, learning and life helps people to orientate themselves in the present and visualise their journey, which in turn naturally clarifies thought patterns, behavior and helps achieve goals. Mindful Maps helps you to document your process and journey, navigating and designing pathways to more creative and sustainable realities (using a variety of artistic tools and creative training methods along the way).
